Probate and Estate Settlement

Many people have heard of the probate and estate settlement process but wonder what it is and

what the probate process entails. To put it simply, probate is the process the probate court uses

to make sure the deceased person's creditors are paid through estate settlement and that

anything left over goes to the deceased's beneficiaries. Unfortunately, the probate and estate

settlement process can be anything but simple, depending on the size and nature of the

assets to be administered, the number of parties involved in the probate and estate settlement

process, how well those parties get along, and many other factors. Complex probates and estate

settlements are made all the worse by the fact that the family is in a state of mourning and under

a great deal of stress. The last thing most families want to deal with at a time like this is the

probate court system.

Sad to say most people do not depart with enough cash to cover all the final expenses and

obligations. In which case the larger assets have to be sold. Items such as real estate, cars, boats

or planes. Selling these larger items quickly can speed up the probate process and reduce legal

cost greatly. Usually resulting in more money being divided up between the heirs of the estate.

Pivotal Assets LLC is here to help you sell the larger holdings such as homes and real estate.

We do not find buyers, we are the buyers and can usually close very quickly. Most cases we will

buy the property in AS-IS condition. We also help you with removal of personal items and the

clean up work. Please contact us so that we may help you during this difficult time.

We extend our deepest sympathies to you and your family for your loss.
